Our team of Chefs invite you to dine at Sails on Shore Restaurant for a sumptuous dining experience with plenty of mouth-watering dishes from chef’s daily specials or our seasonal a la carte menu.  Catering for dietary needs and the fussiest of diners, there is certainly something for everyone to enjoy!

We believe in using only the best, fresh, quality produce and is all for supporting local businesses.

$12.90* Pronto Lunches are available Monday to Saturday from 11.30am to 2pm.  Five delicious options available including roast of the day and crumbed barramundi, with the other three options changing weekly for your continued enjoyment.  

At Sails on Shore Restaurant, patrons are able to dine in air conditioned comfort with large windows overlooking Raby Bay.

MARCH

Spatchcock marinated in lemon butter, fresh thyme, and confit garlic. Served with honey Dutch carrots, braised baby leek, and pommes dauphine. Drizzled with a baby caper beurre blanc.

APRIL

Twice cooked confit Pork Belly, seared Tiger Prawns, and Hervey Bay 1/2 Shell Scallops. Served with salt and vinegar mash, balsamic pearls, and salsa verde, with your choice of sides.

MAY

Lambs Brains crumbed in macadamia and herb crust, fried until golden. Served with a creamy honey mustard mayo, and a petite caprese salad.

Went there for Mum’s 90th birthday. They made her feel special. We took a cake which they decorated for nothing. The food is always delicious at the Redlands RSL and the service as good as you’ll get anywhere. A special call out to Angelo who looks after us as if we were long lost friends every time we go.
