Redlands to Mark a Historic ANZAC Day
This year’s ANZAC Day on Saturday 25 April 2026 will hold special significance for our community as Redlands RSL Sub Branch commemorates its 100th ANZAC Day of service, remembrance, and mateship.
For a century, the Redlands community has gathered to honour the courage, sacrifice, and enduring legacy of the men and women who have served our nation. This year’s commemorations will again bring together veterans, current serving personnel, families, and residents in a day of reflection and respect.
The day begins early with the Traditional Gunfire Breakfast at 4.30am, followed by the Dawn Service Parade at 5.20am and the Dawn Service at 5.30am at Anzac Centenary Park. Community members are then invited to attend breakfast in Sails Restaurant from 6am to 8am.
Later in the morning, participants will assemble for the Main Parade at 9.45am on Shore Street West, with the parade stepping off at 10.20am, leading into the Main Commemorative Service at 11am at Anzac Centenary Park.
Following the service, the Redlands RSL will open (approx. 12 noon), with the traditional game of Two-Up commencing at 1pm in the lower carpark, continuing the long-standing ANZAC Day tradition of camaraderie and remembrance.
As we mark this historic milestone, the Redlands RSL Sub Branch warmly invites the entire community to attend, stand together, and honour those who served and those who continue to serve our country.
